Assigning an Appraiser to an Employee

Learn how to assign an appraiser to an employee using the HR Lounge Performance module. Follow these step-by-step instructions to ensure accurate appraiser assignment for performance evaluations.

Steps to Assign an Appraiser to an Employee

  1. Access the Performance module via HR Lounge.
  2. Navigate to the Employees page.
  3. Locate the Appraiser column.
  4. Find the specific employee and click the pencil icon to assign an appraiser.
  5. The employee’s manager will be captured automatically. You can modify the appraiser if needed.
  6. To add multiple appraisers, click [+ Add Appraiser] and select additional employees.

By following these steps, you can ensure that employees are assigned the correct appraiser(s) for their performance evaluations.

 

Note: The appraiser(s) will be automatically saved once assigned

Important Note: The appraiser cannot be changed for the current cycle if the appraisal form has been submitted
