      Performance Module Dashboard: Key Features and Benefits

      We have updated our Performance Dashboard and would like to show you around our new and improved dashboard.

      There is a significant difference in the new dashboard compared to the old one.

      Here are some of the enhancements:

      • The ability to nudge employees with pending tasks.
      • The ability to filter employees, appraisers, status, departments, and offices at different stages of the performance cycle using the "See Details" button.
      • Quick access under "Total Objectives" allows you to directly access employees' objectives.

      • An extensive overview of the active cycle, including different stages of the performance cycle.
