How to Assign Competency Levels to Employees in HR Lounge

Learn how to assign competency levels to employees in the HR Lounge Performance module. Follow these simple steps to ensure accurate competency evaluation based on job positions.

Steps to Assign Competency Levels to Employees

  1. Go to the Performance module via HR Lounge.
  2. Navigate to the Employees page.
  3. Locate the Level column in the list of employees.
  4. Find the specific employee you wish to assign a competency level to.
  5. Click on the dropdown list and select the appropriate competency level based on the employee's job position.

 

Note: The competency level is automatically saved once you have assigned to the employee

 

Verify Assigned Competency Level

  1. Go to the Performance Dashboard.
  2. Select the employee from the dropdown list in the Employee Performance page.
  3. Click on Competencies to check the assigned competency level.

By following these steps, you can ensure that employees are assigned the correct competency level for an accurate performance evaluation.
