Time Attendance Updates
Track Break Lateness in Time Attendance
You can now enable Track Break Lateness in the Time Attendance module to better monitor employees’ adherence to their allocated break time. With this feature, any time taken beyond the allocated break duration will automatically be recorded as lateness in the timesheet—alongside any late clock-ins. This provides a more accurate and comprehensive view of employee punctuality.
Example:
If an employee exceeds their 30-minute break by 5 minutes, those extra minutes will be added to their total lateness—even if they arrived on time.

Monitor Break Time & Missing Clock-Out Records
Managers can now easily track employees who exceed their break duration or miss clock-out records directly within the Time Attendance module.
With dedicated views in the Daily Attendance tab, managers can quickly identify:
- Employees who have exceeded their allocated break time
- Employees who have not completed their clock-out for the day
These real-time insights (with refresh and filtering options) help improve attendance accuracy and ensure better workforce management—especially for teams on shift-based schedules.
