Payroll Updates

Independent Overtime & Unpaid Leave Calculations

• Latest Update: Income Basis Configuration Split for Overtime and Unpaid Leave

  • You now have greater control over your payroll calculations! We’ve split the Income Basis configuration into two separate settings. This allows you to define calculations independently for:

Zakat (MY): Pay Percentage of PCB as Zakat

• Setting Zakat as a Percentage (%) of PCB in BrioHR

  • You can now choose to pay a percentage of their PCB as Zakat. This automation ensures that religious obligations are met conveniently while ensuring tax rebates are accurately reflected in their payroll, saving time for both HR and employees.

New Bank Files Support

• New Bank Files Supported for Salary Payments

  • We’ve added support for two major banks to help you automate your payment process. You can now generate bank files for salary disbursement directly from BrioHR for:
