Time Attendance New Feature

Employee OT Pre-Approval Request

With this enhancement, managers can easily review and approve or reject OT requests in advance. Once approved, the OT will be automatically approved in the system when the actual overtime is performed — ensuring a smoother and more controlled OT management process.

Employees can:

  • Submit OT pre-approval requests by duration or timeslot

  • View a list of all submitted OT requests

  • Receive email notifications when requests are approved or rejected

  • See approved OT hours reflected in their schedule and timesheet

     

Managers can:

  • Receive email notifications when an OT pre-approval request is submitted

  • View requests in the Pending Action List

  • Approve or reject requests directly from the system
