Introducing Termination Reasons in Employee Management
We're excited to introduce Termination Reasons, a new enhancement to the Employee Management module that allows you to add specific reasons when entering an employee's end employment date.
With this feature, you can:
- Categorize employee departures accurately using comprehensive "Voluntary" and "Involuntary" options.
- Include the termination category, reason, and additional comments directly in your Employee Information Report.
- Easily support your organization's turnover reporting, compliance documentation, and offboarding workflows.

Document Management Update
Introducing Multi-Signature Support in Document Management
We're excited to introduce the Document Workflow, a new enhancement to the Document Management module that allows you to route documents for electronic signatures from multiple roles—all within brioHR.
With this feature, you can:
- Request signatures from Employees, Managers, Heads of Department, and Specific Employees.
- Allow all assigned signers to review and sign documents simultaneously—no need to wait for signatures in sequence.
- Track document progress in real time and monitor pending or completed signatures.
- Store completed, signed documents securely in employee profiles for easy access.

Expense Claims Update
Introducing Bulk Import for Expense Claims in Employee Management
We're excited to introduce Bulk Import for Expense Claims, a new enhancement to the Employee Management module that allows you to efficiently enter multiple expense claim records via an Excel template.
With this feature, you can:
- Upload multiple employee expense claims simultaneously, saving time and minimizing manual data entry.
- Customize access permissions so Admin users can import claims for all employees or restrict it exclusively to their managed offices.
- Ensure streamlined data management and consistency, which is especially helpful for companies with a high headcount.

Payroll Update
Enhancement to Bulk Download Employee Payroll Data
When you download the Excel containing employee payroll data from the Payroll Module, it now ONLY includes ACTIVE employees by default. You can choose to include the data of Inactive employees by ticking a checkbox before you download the Excel.
Now, you have:
- Flexibility to include or exclude inactive employees from the payroll information data
- More ease in extracting employee payroll data with only active employees

(Malaysia) Touch 'n Go support for more bank files!
We now have 15 banks that support Touch 'n Go as a payment method for employee pay.

New Enhancement: The Company Registration Number (SSM) is now automatically included on all generated Malaysian payslips, ensuring greater compliance and consistency across generated payslips.

Leave Update
Filter Your Team Leave Dashboard with Ease (for Managers)
Managing your team's leave records is now more efficient with new filtering options in the Team Leave Dashboard.
You can now quickly narrow down your team list by:
- Employee – Search for a specific employee.
- Year – View leave information for a selected year.
- Employment Status – Filter between Active and Inactive employees.
By default, the Team Leave Dashboard displays Active employees only. To view leave records for former employees, simply include the Inactive employment status in your filter.
