Payroll Payslip Updates

Leave Summary Visibility in Payslips

By default, this feature will be enabled, allowing employees to conveniently view their leave balances directly within their payslips. However, we understand that different organisations have different preferences, so you now have the flexibility to turn off this feature if it does not align with your needs.

Once configured, your selected setting will be consistently applied across all payslips, ensuring a seamless experience for employees accessing their payslips via both the web browser and mobile app.

Identity Number Standardization

To improve the utility of your payslips as formal company documents, we have standardized how Identity Numbers are displayed at the top section of the payslip:

• For Malaysia (MY): Displays MyKad or Passport Number.
• For Singapore (SG): Displays NRIC or FIN.

This update ensures your payslips carry the necessary data for official use, providing more value to your employees.
