You can now require approval for basic salary changes before they are applied to an employee's profile. With brioHR's Profile Change Request workflow, managers can submit proposed salary changes for review, while approvers can review, approve, reject, or edit requests before approval.

Signing documents is now more flexible! When signing documents through MyHR or Teams, users can choose from 8 signature styles based on their full name or draw their own signature.
