How to Download & Customize Monthly Payroll Reports Using Fields & Filters

Learn how to download Monthly Payroll Reports in HR Lounge and customize the report format using Fields & Filters. This guide walks you through selecting payroll centers, cycles, granularity, and filtering data based on your needs.

Steps to Download Monthly Payroll Reports

  1. Access the Reports Section

    • Navigate to HR Lounge > Reports.
    • Search for Company Payroll Report and click Create.
  2. Select Payroll Report Settings

    • Choose the Payroll Center (if multiple centers exist).

    • Select the Month for the report.

    • Pick a Cycle (individual or combined payroll cycles).

    • Set Granularity (whether to display employees only or include departments).

    • If Show Employees and Departments Only is selected, the report will display the total payout for each pay item per department.

  3. Customize the Report Using Fields & Filters

    • Go to Fields & Filters to select the data to include.

    • Example Customization Options:

      • Include Employee EPF: Tick the checkbox under Payroll Employee Contributions.
      • Exclude Employee EPF: Untick the checkbox.

      • Filter by Office:
        • Go to Employment Details > Click + Add Filter under Office.
        • Select the specific office name to include in the report.

  4. Export the Payroll Report

    • Click Export Report to generate the report.
    • Available formats: CSV, Excel, PDF.

By following these steps, you can customize payroll reports to fit your company's specific needs, ensuring clarity and efficiency in payroll management.
