The system sends notifications via in-app and e-mail to:
- Interviewers – For interview scheduling.
- Interviewers – For interview cancellations.
- Recruiters/Specific Users – To assign a user for candidate screening.
- Specific Users – For internal offer approval requests.
Part 1: Notifications To Interviewers – Interview Scheduling
At this stage, e-mail notifications DO NOT go to the candidates. These notifications are intended to inform the interviewer that an interview has been scheduled, prompting them to access the system to use the Interview Scorecard for providing post-interview feedback.
The e-mail notification includes a button to add the event to the calendar or download it as an ICS file, allowing export to other digital calendars (such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, etc.).
NOTE:
The event calendar DOES NOT include a video call link. Interviewers must create a separate video call link.

Part 2: Notifications To Interviewers – Interview Cancellations
When a scheduled interview is canceled, the interviewer will receive an e-mail notification informing them of the cancellation.
If the interviewer has already added the event to their calendar, they must manually remove it, as the system will not automatically delete the event upon interview cancellation.
Part 3: Notifications To Recruiters/Specific Users – Assigning A User For Candidate Screening
Recruiters or specific users will receive an e-mail notification if they are assigned to screen a candidate. After completing the screening, the user must log in to BrioHR to input their feedback.
The e-mail notification includes a button to add the event to the calendar or download it as an ICS file, allowing export to other digital calendars (such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, etc.).
NOTE:
The event calendar DOES NOT include a video call link. The user must create a separate video call link.

Part 4: Notifications To Specific Users – Internal Offer Approval Requests
Using the "Generate Offer" button, a request can be made via the system to obtain internal approval before extending an offer to a candidate.
The approver will receive an e-mail notification prompting them to log in to BrioHR to process the approval request.
The approver can then approve or reject the offer letter.
Upon approval, the candidate's application progress page will display the "Offer" status.
