E-mail Notifications for Candidates

This article explains which email notifications candidates receive, such as rejection notices, and which are never sent.

  • NO notifications will be sent to candidates if they are added to the system manually.
  • Candidates will receive a rejection notification via e-mail if their application is unsuccessful, provided the "Reject Candidate" notification is enabled in your recruitment settings — see How to Enable Reject Candidate & Candidate Application Notifications. If the toggle is off, no rejection email is sent.
  • Aside from the rejection notification (when enabled), no other notifications are sent to candidates.
