How to Enable Manager Access to View Team Performance in BrioHR

For managers/appraisers to view their direct reports' performance pages, they can access it from the Team Performance section on the Team page.

Managers must have the appropriate permissions to view their direct reports' performance pages. This feature is essential for conducting performance evaluations and managing team performance effectively.

Without proper access, managers cannot assess their team's performance, making it difficult to provide feedback or conduct performance evaluations.

This guide will show you how to enable manager access to team performance, ensuring they can conduct proper performance evaluations.

Granting Permission for Employees to View Their Personal Performance Page

Access permissions can be granted through the User Group settings.

To enable the access permission:

Login to BrioHR 

1. Click on Settings (at the top right corner of the screen).
2. Go to User Groups.
3. Find the user group to edit (e.g., Employee) and click the pencil icon to edit.
4. Click on the category: Manager Modules Permission. This category represents the Team page.
5. Look for the Performance module and toggle the button ON.
   1. There is one sub-permission:
      1. Team Access: Select the team access level. This defines the level of direct reports managers can view.
6. Click Save.
