Enhanced HR Statistics: New Filters, Graphs, and Insights

We are pleased to announce updates to our Statistics page, bringing new features and enhanced functionality to improve your data analysis experience.


Key Enhancements:

  • Filter Functionality: Filter data by department, office, job grade, and employment type to customize graph views based on your selections.
  • New Metrics Added:
    a. Total number of active employees
    b. Average workforce age
    c. Average years of service
  • Comprehensive Graphs: Visual insights for Gender, Nationality, Age Group, Service Tenure, Department, Office, Office Country Location, Job Grade, Job Title, and Employment Type.

 


How to Access the Statistics page:

1. Go to HR Lounge and select Reports.

 

2. Navigate to Statistics > General

     a. Use filters to refine the displayed data.

     b. Review metrics, such as total employees, average workforce age, and average years of service.

     c. Explore detailed graphs for key organizational and demographic insights.

 

 

Note:

 

The total number of employees displayed reflects only those who are actively employed as of the date you access the Statistics Page.

For instance:
1. Employees added to the system with a join date after the current date will not be included.

2. Similarly, employees whose employment end date is prior to the date you are viewing the Statistics Page will also be excluded from the data.
