How to Enter Receipt Number and Date in Malaysia’s PCB II Tax Form (BrioHR Guide)

Learn how to enter receipt number and date in Malaysia’s PCB II Form using BrioHR. Follow this step-by-step guide for accurate tax payroll reporting.

You can enter the receipt number and receipt date for the PCB II form within the monthly payroll cycle.

Step-by-Step: How to Enter Receipt Details in BrioHR

1. Go to HR Lounge > Navigate to the Payroll module.

2. On the Payroll Dashboard, click on the payroll month in which the PCB payment was made. For example, click on January 2025

NOTE:


You can only add the receipt number and receipt date for payroll months with the status "Completed".

3. Locate the Statutory Reporting table.

4. Find PCB and click on the Add Receipt button.

5. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to enter the receipt details for the PCB II form (only applicable for January 2025).

There are 4 fields to fill in:

  • Receipt/Bank Slip/Transaction Number (PCB)
  • Receipt/Transaction Date (PCB)
  • Receipt/ Bank Slip/Transaction Number (CP38)
  • Receipt/Transaction Date (CP38)

6. Fill in the necessary details and click Save.

If the information is saved successfully, a confirmation message will appear.
