How Admins Can Allow Employees to Edit Their Own Objectives Weightage

 

NOTE:

By default, the system does not allow employees to edit their own objectives weightage.

If you want to enable the settings to allow employees to edit their own objectives weightage, follow these steps:

1.    Click on the Settings icon.

2.    On the User Group tab, click the Edit icon for the User Group you wish to modify.

The modification applies to any User Group. The example shown below is for the Employee User Group:

4.    In the Performance Module column, tick the Allow to edit objectives weightage checkbox and click Save to complete the action. This will allow employees to edit their own objectives weightage.

NOTE:

If this checkbox is not selected, employees will NOT be able to edit their own objectives weightage.

5.    From an employee's point of view, when they click on My Goals on their Home page, in the Objectives column, they will be able to click on the +Add new objective icon to add their own objectives weightage.

6.    Once the employee has added the new objectives weightage, they must click on the Create Objective icon to complete the action.

  • Objectives
  • Appraisal Form > Objectives Feedback

8.    If the employee wishes to edit their existing objectives weightage, they must click on the Edit icon of the objectives they wish to modify.

9.    Once the modifications to the objectives weightage have been made, the employee must click on the Update Objective icon to complete the action.
