How Approvers and HR Can View Claim Attachments

Approvers and HR personnel can easily view attachments uploaded by employees once claims have been submitted. For optimal display within the system, attachments should be in JPEG, PNG, or PDF formats.

NOTE:

If an employee uploads an attachment in a format other than the supported ones (e.g., DOCX, XLSX), approvers and HR will not be able to preview it directly in the system. Instead, they will need to download the file and open it separately.

Steps for Approvers to View Claim Attachments

  1. Navigate to Team > Claim Request.
  2. Click on the arrow icon to expand the details of the claim.
  3. Click on View Attachment(s) to open the uploaded files.
  4. Click 'Expand to fullscreen' or 'Download' for a better view of the claim attachment. For long claim descriptions, click 'Show more' to read the full description. 

 


Steps for HR to View Claim Attachments

  1. Navigate to HR Lounge > Expense Claims > Claim Request.
  2. Click on the arrow icon to expand the details of the claim.
  3. Click on View Attachment(s) to open the uploaded files.
  4. Click 'Expand to fullscreen' or 'Download' for a better view of the claim attachment. For long claim descriptions, click 'Show more' to read the full description.
