Follow the steps below to complete HR onboarding tasks efficiently in BrioHR.

Steps to Complete Onboarding Tasks

Method 1: Using Pending Actions

  1. Login to BrioHR 

  2. Click on 'Pending Actions' – Located at the top right corner of the dashboard.

    • Use the filter function to search by keywords such as "onboarding" or the employee’s name.

  3. Fill in the necessary task details – Enter required information, such as objectives or assigned tasks.

  4. Click Submit – Finalize and submit the completed tasks.


Method 2: Accessing the Employee's Onboarding Process

  1. Login to BrioHR

  2. Navigate to Team > Onboarding 

  3. Select and view the employee’s onboarding details

  4. Click on 'My Task' 

  5. Complete the required tasks – Provide the necessary information for each onboarding step, such as payroll configuration, contract preparation, and system access setup, etc.

  6. Click Submit
