Introduction
As a manager, you can easily approve or reject Training Event Enrollment and Training Event Creation requests submitted by your team members. This can be done from either the Team Page or the Pending Actions section in BrioHR.
Properly reviewing and responding to these requests makes sure your team members can only participate in relevant training events and keep your organization's training catalog organized.
There are two methods of approving the training enrollment and training creation requests:
1. Approve from the Team Page > Training.
2. Approve from the Pending Actions Task.
Step-by-Step Guide: Approve or Reject the Training Enrollment and Training Creation Requests
Method 1: Approve or Reject Requests from the Team Page
1. Navigate to Team > Training.
2. Review the requests submitted by your team members.
- You can view the training event details by clicking on the training name.
- Additional information, such as status and requester, will also be displayed.
3. Select the Approve or Reject button to finalize your decision.
Method 2: Approve or Reject Requests from the My To-Do List
1. On the Home Page, go to My To-Do List.
2. Locate and click the Training option.
3. Click Training Details to review.
4. Select the Approve or Reject button to complete the action.
