Steps to Complete Onboarding Tasks
Method 1: Using Pending Actions

Login to BrioHR

Click on 'Pending Actions' – Located at the top right corner of the dashboard.

Use the filter function to search by keywords such as "onboarding" or the employee’s name.

Fill in the necessary task details – Enter required information, such as objectives or assigned tasks.

Click Submit – Finalize and submit the completed tasks.
Method 2: Accessing the Employee's Onboarding Process

Login to BrioHR

Navigate to Team > Onboarding

Select and view the employee’s onboarding details

Click on 'My Task'

Complete the required tasks – Provide the necessary information, such as setting up meetings, assigning mentors, or verifying documents.

Click Submit
