Step-by-Step Guide: View and Manage Direct Report's Performance Page
Step 1 - Login to BrioHR Account
To begin, you can log in to your BrioHR account.
1. Navigate to Team > Performance.
Step 2 - Access the Direct Report's Performance Page
1. On the Overview page, search for your direct report's name.
2. Click See Details to open their personal performance page.
3. You will now be redirected to your direct report's performance dashboard.
What Can You Do on the Performance Page
On the performance page, managers and appraisers can:
- View Objectives and KPIs - Check the employee's goals and key performance indicators. Managers can create objectives on behalf of direct report too.
