How to Add Company and Department Objectives

Learn how to set up company and department objectives step-by-step in BrioHR

Here’s how you can easily add a company or department objective in BrioHR:

  1. Go to HR Lounge > Performance > Objective.


  2. Click on Add Objective to start creating a new objective.
  3. Enter all the relevant details in the provided fields.
  4. Set the Objective Type:

    • For a Company Objective:
      Leave the Department field empty. This will create the objective at the company level.
    • For a Department Objective:
      Select the specific department from the dropdown list in the Department field.
  5. Once all the fields are completed, click on Save to create the objective.
