How to Allow Employees Working on Weekends to Apply for Weekend Leave
Example:
All employees in the office work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
Only employees A, B, and C work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
The system does not allow employees A, B, and C to apply for leave on Saturdays.
- Employees A, B, and C must be assigned to an office with 6 working days (including Saturday).
- In other words, you need to create a separate office for 6 working days and assign employees A, B, and C to this office specifically.
- Once this process is completed, employees A, B, and C will be able to apply for leave on Saturdays accordingly.
Step 1:
To create an office, follow these steps:
1. Click on Settings.
2. Click on Offices.
3. Click on Add new office.
4. Input the relevant details in the 'Add new office' pop-up.
∗Remember to enable Customize working days and select the checkbox next to the applicable days.
5. Click on Submit to record your changes in the system.
Step 2:
Once you have completed the above steps, you may assign the employee to the newly created office by following these steps:
- At the employee's profile, click on Edit.
- In the Edit Profile pop-up, select the new office from the 'Office' dropdown.
- Click on Save to record your changes in the system.
