How to Assign a Pre-screening Assessment to an Existing Job

Assigning a pre-screening assessment to a job that was previously created without one is a straightforward process. Follow these steps:

Navigate to HR Lounge > Recruitment.

  1. Click on Open Jobs.
  2. Locate the job you wish to update and click the RDgjta6fhONesVOd4oz9jz8pDEBH717eFA.png?1591171548 icon at the end of the job title. Then, select Edit Details.
  3. In the pop-up window, scroll down to find the Pre-Assessment Form section.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select the assessment you want to assign to this job.
  5. Finally, click the uSLPtUYUc1ysingryz-pXKFQ73xDbzwKfQ.png?1579251693 button.
