Steps to Assign Employees to User Groups

Log in to BrioHR and click the Settings button (available only to Admin users).

Go to the Users tab.

Search for the employee you want to assign to a User Group and click Edit (green pencil icon).

In the User Group field, select the desired group from the dropdown menu.

Click the Green Checkmark symbol to Save.
The employee will now be part of the selected User Group and gain access according to its permissions.
