Step-by-Step to Clock In and Clock Out through Web Browser
Step 1 - Find the Clock In Section on the Home Page
Login to your BrioHR account.
- From the Home page, look for the Clock In section.

Work duration hours

Maximum clock-in time (if applicable)

Shift name (if applicable)

Step 2 - Clocking In At the Start of Your Workday

To begin your workday, click the Clock-In button.
2. A “Confirm Clock In” sidebar will appear, displaying the following details:

Time: Your current clock-in time.

When: The corresponding clock-in date.

Note: An optional field where you can add a note or comment before clocking in.
3. Click Clock In to confirm and proceed.
Step 3 - Clocking out at the End of Your Workday

At the end of your workday, go back to the Clock In section.

Click the Clock-Out button.

- Time: Your current clock-out time.

A: If you see a message like the one below, it means your HR has restricted clock-in to require location tracking and facial recognition. Since these features are only supported on the BrioHR mobile app (GPS tracking and facial recognition), you won’t be able to clock in via the web browser.
