Learn how to create and manage training courses within the BrioHR performance cycle. Step-by-step guide for HR admins to record employee trainings for appraisal purposes.

Introduction

In BrioHR, employees participating in a performance cycle can add training courses they wish to attend during the appraisal period.

These trainings can be selected from the Training List section and attended outside the system. Recording completed trainings helps provide supporting evidence during appraisals, improving performance evaluations and development tracking.

Log in to your BrioHR Account using your registered credentials.

Step 2 - Access the Training Page

1. On the main navigation bar, go to HR Lounge > Performance Management.

2. From the Performance Dashboard, click Trainings.

Step 3 - Add New Courses and Trainings

1. Click +Add Course & Trainings.

  • Category: Select or create a relevant category.
  • Department:
    • Leave blank to make the training available company-wide.
    • Select a department to make it available only for that department.
