How to Create Expense Claims on Behalf of Other Employees
You can create expense claims on behalf of other employees only if your HR or Admin has granted you the necessary permissions.
Steps to Create an Expense Claim on Behalf of Another Employee:
Log in to your BrioHR account.
1. Go to HR Lounge.
2. Navigate to Expense Claims.
3. Select Claim Request.
4. Click +New Claim.
5. The Employee field will appear as an additional option. Choose the employee for whom you want to create an expense claim from the drop-down menu.
Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
6. Click the appropriate button:
- Cancel: To cancel the claim.
- Save: To save the new claim and close the form.
- Save & Add Another: To save the current claim and immediately create a new one.
7. You have successfully created a new claim report on behalf of another employee.
- A status of Open indicates that the report is not yet submitted.
- Both you and the employee can add more claims to the same report.
- Click Submit once the claim is finalized.
