How to Customize Your Job Board in the Recruitment Module

You can customize the Job Board in the Recruitment Module by selecting theme colors (for buttons and links) or by adding a cover photo. Follow the steps below to customize your Job Board:

  • Navigate to the Recruitment Module: In the HR Lounge, click on "Recruitment."

  • Access the Job Board Settings: Click on the "Settings" dashboard. Then, in the Job Board section:

A.  Select Job Board Theme Color: Click on the dropdown menu under "Theme Color" and choose your preferred color for buttons and links.

B.  Upload a Cover Photo: Click on the "Choose File" icon, then select the photo you wish to upload.

NOTE:

The recommended cover photo size is 1440 x 350 pixels.

C.  Replace or Remove the Cover Photo: To replace or delete the current cover photo, click on the "Remove" icon.
