How to Duplicate User Groups and Assign Employees
Step 1: How To Duplicate The User Group
- Click on the Settings button (available only for Admin users with the necessary access).
- Click on the User Groups tab.
- Click on the Duplicate icon next to the User Group you wish to duplicate.
4. A confirmation pop-up window will appear. To proceed, rename the new User Group and click the Duplicate button. Click Cancel to abort the action.
5. The newly created User Group will appear in the User Groups list. Click on Edit (green pencil icon) to manage the permissions.
6. In the Edit User Group pop-up window, you can enable, disable, and select the permission settings for the newly created User Group.
7. Click on the Save button to complete the action. Click Cancel to abort the action.
Step 2: How To Assign Employees To The New User Group
- Click on the Settings button (available only for Admin users with the necessary access).
- Click on the Users tab.
- Search for the employee and click Edit (green pencil icon) to assign the employee to the new User Group.
4. Select the new User Group from the dropdown menu.
5. Click the green tick symbol to Save. The user will now have access accordingly.
