In BrioHR, each employee’s email address is important for accessing the system and receiving notifications. As an HR or Admin user, you may need to update or correct an employee’s email address if they change their work email or if there were any errors during email setup for the employee.

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to edit an employee’s email address in BrioHR.


Steps to Edit an Employee’s Email Address in BrioHR

  1. Log in to your BrioHR account.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Users to view the employee list.

  3. Search for the employee’s name using the search bar.

  4. Under the ACTIONS column, click on the Edit icon (pencil).

  5. In the EMAIL column, enter the employee’s new email address.

  6. Click the Save icon (tick ✅) to confirm changes.

    • To discard, click the Cancel icon (❌).
