How to edit employee info such as join date, manager, job title, department, employment type, office, job grade?
Step-by-Step Guide to Editing Employee Details: Join Date, Manager, Job Title, and More.
This feature is to assist with updating employee's employment information, such as their join date, manager, job title, department, employment type, office, as well as job grade.
You will be able to find all of this information in the employee's profile. To go to the employee's profile, go to People > Click on their name.
Once you are in the employee's profile, click on "Edit" to find the essential employment information.
From there, you will be able to update the following information:
- Employee ID
- Job title
- Date joined
- Manager
- Department
- Office
- Employment type
- Job grade
Once you have made the necessary updates, do remember to click "Save".
