How to Enable Employees to Edit Objectives After Manager Confirmation

Steps to Enable Employees to Edit Their Objectives After Manager Confirmation:

If you want to enable or disable the setting that allows employees to edit their own objectives after a manager has confirmed them, follow these steps:

1.    Click on the Settings icon.

2.    Navigate to the User Groups tab and click the Edit icon of the User Group you wish to modify.

NOTE:

The configuration applies to any User Group. The example shown below is for the Employee User Group.

3.    Click on the Employee Modules Permission category.

4.    In the Performance Module column, check or uncheck the 'Allow to edit objectives after manager has confirmed' checkbox.

NOTE:

If this checkbox is not selected, employees will not be able to edit their own objectives after the manager has confirmed them.


5.    Click Save to complete the action.
