      How to Enable the Pulse Survey Module in BrioHR

      What is the Pulse Survey module?

      The Pulse Survey module is the latest feature in BrioHR, allowing HR to quickly send simple surveys to employees to collect immediate feedback.

      Before HR can configure the Pulse Survey module, as an Admin, you need to ensure that module permissions are enabled for HR.

      To start, log in to BrioHR >

      • Click on Settings.
      • Navigate to User Groups and locate the user group assigned to HR (e.g., Admin).
      • Click the pencil icon to enter edit mode.

      How to enable the Pulse Survey module-1

      • Scroll to the HR Modules Permission category (referred to as HR Lounge).
      • Find the Pulse Survey Module and toggle it ON to enable access.
        • You will find two sub-access permissions under this module:
          1. Allow survey configuration: Enable this to grant HR access to configure the settings of the module.
          2. Allow survey result access: Enable this to allow HR to view the final survey results.
      • Click Save to apply the changes.
