BrioHR enables employees to join training events that match their interests and support their career development. The platform makes it easy to browse available training programs, submit enrollment requests, and manage training participation.
This guide will walk you through the steps to enroll in a training event, check your enrollment status, and unenroll if needed.
Step-by-Step Guide to Enroll in a Training Event
Step 1 - Access the My Training Page
You can access the Trainings page in two ways:
a) From the Home Page > click on My Training
b) From the My HR on the navigation bar > click on My Training
Step 2 - Browse the Training Catalog
1. On the My Training page, click on Training Catalog
2. Browse through the available events and select the training event that interests you.
Step 3 - Review Event Details
Carefully review the training event details, including the description, attachments, and links provided.
Step 4 - Enroll to the Training Event
1. On the event page, click Request to Enroll.
2. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Request Enrollment to proceed.
Once your request is successful, you will see a confirmation message.
Step 5 - Check Enrollment Status
1. Go to the Training List.
2. Search for the training event by name. The status will show as Submitted (pending approval).
3. If needed, click Cancel Request to cancel your enrollment request.
How to Unenroll From a Training Event.
If you are already enrolled but wish to withdraw, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Training List.
2. Use the Filter option and select Enrolled.
3. Find the event and click Unenroll.

A: Yes, you can submit requests for multiple events. Each request will be reviewed and approved by your HR or manager.

A: Yes, as long as the enrollment window is still open, you can resubmit your request.
