How to Generate Payroll Documents for Inactive Employees (SG)
Even after employees resign, HR professionals may need to generate payroll documents for inactive employees for record-keeping, audits, or employee requests. This guide will walk you through the steps to efficiently retrieve the documents.
Steps to Generate Payroll Documents for Inactive Employees

Access the Payroll Module
- Navigate to HR Lounge > Payroll.

Locate the Payroll Employee List
- On the Payroll Dashboard, scroll down to Payroll Employee List.

Filter for Inactive Employees
- Click on the filter option and select Inactive to display resigned employees.
- Click on the filter option and select Inactive to display resigned employees.

Generate Payroll Documents
- Click on the Select an Action button.
- Choose the payroll document you want to download for the selected employee.
