How to Link Emergency Leave with Annual Leave Balance in BrioHR

In BrioHR, you can link an emergency leave to an annual leave balance.

This means that if an employee takes one (1) day of emergency leave, it will deduct one (1) day from their annual leave balance.

NOTE:

  • To link emergency leave with an annual leave balance, you need to set it up from the Annual Leave policy settings page only.
  • Linking emergency leave will deduct from the annual leave's current year entitlement only. It will NOT deduct from the carry-forward annual leave balance.

Steps to Link Emergency Leave with Annual Leave Balance:

Log in to your BrioHR account and click on HR Lounge.

1.   Navigate to the Leave module.
