How to Make Pre-Assessment Questions Optional in Recruitment Settings

1.   Navigate to HR Lounge > Recruitment.

2.   Click on the Settings button (located next to the Dashboard).

3.   In the Pre-Assessment Form section, hover over the pencil icon and click on it to edit the settings.

4.   To make a question optional for candidates, switch off the Mandatory? button. If desired, you can turn off all mandatory buttons, allowing candidates to submit only their CV, first name, last name, and email address. Once your changes are complete, click on the Update Form button.
