How to Manually Add Candidates in BrioHR’s Recruitment Module
In BrioHR's Recruitment module, there are two methods to add a candidate record:
Method 1: Manually add candidates on the 'All Candidates' page (explained in this article).
Method 2: Add candidates via the Job Board link (refer to the note below).
NOTE:
- If you use the Job Board link, all submissions through the link will be automatically registered in the All Candidates List.
- Candidates who apply for a job via the Job Board link will have their applications automatically added to the All Candidates list.
How to Manually Add Candidates:
- Navigate to HR Lounge > Recruitment.
- Click on Dashboard > All Candidates.
- Click the +Add Candidate button.
- Enter all relevant information into the pop-up window.
- Once completed, click the Submit button.
- You will now see the new candidate listed under the All Candidates section.
