Introduction
In BrioHR, you can mark training events as Completed once they are no longer needed in the training catalog. This ensures that employees cannot enroll in outdated training sessions, keeping your catalog clean and relevant.
Step-by-Step Guide: Marking a Training Event as Completed
Step 1 - Accessing the Training Catalog in HR Lounge
1. Go to HR Lounge > Training.
2. Click Training Catalog.
Step 2 - Select and Complete the Training Event
1. Choose the training event name you want to update.
2. In the Details section, locate the Complete button in the top-right corner.
3. Click Complete.
4. A pop-out confirmation message will appear and confirm your action.
IMPORTANT:
Once a training event is marked as Completed, employees can no longer enroll or provide feedback. This process cannot be undone.
5. After confirmation, you will se a toast success message.
Step 3 - Verify Training Event Status
1. Return to the Training Catalog page.
2. Search for the training event name.
3. The status will now show as Completed (previously Published).
4. Employees can no longer enroll in the completed training event.
