  3. Last 30/60/90 Days: Claims submitted within these recent timeframes.
  4. This Year/Last Year/All Dates: Claims categorized by the current or previous year, or without any date restrictions.
  5. Custom: Define specific date ranges to filter your claims.

To clarify, let's consider a claim cut-off date of February 20, 2024:

  • Claim Cut-Off Date: February 20, 2024
