How to Navigate Your Personal Performance Page & Complete Self-Appraisal

Learn how to navigate your performance dashboard, including submitting the self-appraisal form, updating objectives, reviewing competencies, and completing 360 feedback.

Introduction

The appraisal period has begun, and it's time to take an active role in your performance review. As an employee, you are expected to:

  • Update your personal objectives.
  • Review your assigned competencies.
  • Submit your self-appraisal form.

Completing these steps ensures your appraiser has a clear view of your contributions throughout the performance period.

Why is Completing a Self-Appraisal Matters?

Submitting a self-appraisal is more than just a task. It is your opportunity to:

  • Showcase your achievements during the performance cycle.

  • Justify your progress toward objectives completion.

  • Demonstrate how you meet or exceed expected competencies.

  • Provide a self-rating on objectives and competencies.

  • Share your perspective with your appraiser before they finalize their review.

When submitted, your self-appraisal is shared with your manager/appraiser. This helps them understand your perspective, consider your self-ratings, and give balanced feedback.
