How to Remove Employees from an Ongoing Performance Cycle in BrioHR

Learn how HR and Admin users can remove or include employees in an ongoing or upcoming BrioHR performance cycle. Step-by-step instructions, important notes, and FAQs included.

Introduction

In certain situations, HR or Admin users may need to remove an employee from a performance cycle that is already in progress. This may happen when:

  • An employee resigns during the cycle

  • An employee was mistakenly added to the appraisal cycle

  • A restructuring or reassignment occurs

BrioHR allows Admin or HR users to easily manage employee participation in both the current and upcoming performance cycles.

Step 2 - Access the Employees Page in the Performance Management Module.

2. From the Performance Dashboard, click Employees.

3. This section allows you to manage employees in the current cycle and prepare participants for the next cycle.

4. Use the search bar to find the employee you want to update.
