How to Send or Re-Send Activation Email to Employees: A Guide for HR/Admin

Once a new account is created for a new employee, the system does not automatically send an activation email to them. Instead, HR needs to manually click "Send Activation Email" to trigger the system to send a username and temporary password for the first-time login.

To send or re-send the activation email to employees, especially new joiners, follow these steps:

1.  Click on Settings.

2.  Navigate to Users.

3.  Select the checkbox next to the Name of the Employee you wish to send the activation email to.

4.  Click on the Send activation email icon.

5.  A prompt for 'Send activation email' will appear on the screen. Click Yes to proceed or No to cancel the action.

6.  Upon clicking Yes, the activation email will be sent to the employee.
