How to Set Up and Customize Your Interview Process
Setting up and customizing your interview process allows you to organize multiple stages of interviews for candidates effectively.
This process helps define and specify what will be done at each stage of the interview.
Steps to Set Up Your Interview Process
1. Navigate to HR Lounge: Go to Recruitment > Settings.
2. Add a New Interview Process: Search for "Interview Process" and click the "Add Process" button.
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to add or update an interview process.
Choose Step Types: There are two types of steps you can include:
- Assessment
- Interview: When selecting this step for a candidate's interview stage, choose the appropriate scorecard that interviewers will use to record their evaluations after the interview.
You can create as many interview processes as needed, tailored to various job positions, departments, countries, and more.
