How to Set Up Multiple Approvers for the Offer Letter Stage in Recruitment

Introducing our latest feature in the Recruitment module, enabling multiple approvers to be selected for the Offer stage!

To set this up, follow the steps below:

  • HR Lounge > Recruitment > Dashboard > All Candidates > Select employees in the Offer stage > Generate Offer

  • Fill in the details in the Generate Offer stage > Select the required multiple approvers > Send Offer

  • The activities column will display the current status of the Offer, reflecting the pending approvers selected.

  • The selected approvers will receive a task to complete the approval process. Once all chosen approvers have approved, the Offer stage is completed. You can also track the timeline of this process in the Candidate Profile under Application Progress.

NOTE:

If any approver rejects the Offer, the entire Offer will be rejected, and the system will automatically reset to the Generate Offer stage. You will need to re-enter the required information.
