When a survey is ongoing, you can 'Stop' the survey to prevent employees from responding to it. You can always re-launch a stopped survey whenever you want.
However, to delete and archive a survey, you must first stop it.
Firstly, open the Pulse Survey Module:
1. Go to the HR Lounge.
2. Click on Pulse to access the Pulse Survey dashboard.
A) To Stop an Ongoing Survey
1. Click on the Stop button.
2. A pop-up message will appear to confirm stopping the survey. Click Stop to proceed.
NOTE:
Once the survey is stopped, the campaign will be closed, and respondents will no longer be able to provide answers.
B) To Launch a Stopped Survey
1. Click on the Launch button.
2. A pop-up message will appear to confirm launching the survey. Click Launch to proceed.
NOTE:
1. Once you launch a stopped survey, a link to access the survey will be sent to the respondents' emails.
2. Previous responses will be reset and kept as the first campaign result. Respondents will need to answer the survey again.
C) To Delete and Archive a Stopped Survey
To delete or archive a survey, ensure it is stopped.
1. Click on the ellipsis (...) button. A list of options will appear:
- Archive
- Delete
C (i) - Archive
When you click Archive, a pop-up confirmation message will appear.
2. Click Archive to confirm.
NOTE:
You cannot launch or edit the settings of archived surveys, but you will still be able to access the results.
C (ii) - Delete
When you click Delete, a pop-up confirmation message will appear.
2. Click Delete to confirm.
Note:
Deleting will permanently remove the survey, including the results. This process cannot be undone.
Alternatively, you can stop, launch, and delete a survey by clicking on the survey title itself.
1. Click on an existing survey's title, e.g., Workplace Culture Survey.
2. At the right corner of the survey table, there is:
- A Stop button (which will change to a Launch button once the survey is stopped).
- An ellipsis (...) button to open the Delete button.
