Why You May Need to Unpublish a Training Event
Unpublishing a training event in BrioHR allows you to hide it from the training catalog while retaining its details for future edits. Common reasons to unpublish a training event include:
- The need to make changes or updates to the event.
- The event is no longer relevant or needed.
- You want to prevent further enrollments.
Step-by-Step Guide to Unpublish a Training Event
Login to your BrioHR account
- Click on HR Lounge
- Select the Training tab
- Navigate to Training Catalog
- Find the published training event that you want to unpublish.
- Click the training name to open its details.
- In the top right corner of the training details, look for button "Unpublish" and click it.
- A success message will pop up, indicating that the training event has been unpublished
- The training event status change from [Published] to [Draft].
NOTE:
Once you unpublish an event, it will no longer appear in the public Training Catalog, but it will still be visible to enrolled trainees under the Training List page.
You can always republish the event or make further edits before making it available again.
