How to Update Officer Details (Maklumat Pegawai) in EA Form and E Form in Malaysia Payroll

To update officer details (maklumat pegawai) in the EA Form and E Form using BrioHR, follow these steps:

Log in to Your BrioHR Account

  • Navigate to HR Lounge > Payroll > Settings > General





  • Locate the [Registration Information] Section and Update Officer Details
    • Phone Number: Nombor telefon pegawai
    • Officer Name: Nama pegawai
    • Officer IC/Passport: IC/Passport pegawai
    • Officer Position: Pangkat pegawai
    • Officer Email Address: Alamat emel pegawai
  • After Updating the Fields, Don't Forget to Save Your Changes



E Form: Check the updated officer details in the 'Akaun Bahagian B' section.

NOTE:

To change Kategori Majikan (Employer Category) in Form E, do not change company settings. Select the correct category at download time:

HR Lounge > Payroll > Dashboard > Download (Form E/CP8D) > select the 'Status of Employer' in the pop-up window.

 

EA Form: Check the updated officer details in the 'Part F' section.
