How to Update Officer Details (Maklumat Pegawai) in EA Form and E Form in Malaysia Payroll
To update officer details (maklumat pegawai) in the EA Form and E Form using BrioHR, follow these steps:
Log in to Your BrioHR Account
- Navigate to HR Lounge > Payroll
- On the Payroll Dashboard, Select Settings
- In the Settings Page, Go to General
- Locate the [Registration Information] Section and Update Officer Details
- Phone Number: Nombor telefon pegawai
- Officer Name: Nama pegawai
- Officer IC/Passport: IC/Passport pegawai
- Officer Position: Pangkat pegawai
- Officer Email Address: Alamat emel pegawai
- After Updating the Fields, Don't Forget to Save Your Changes
E Form: Update officer details in the 'Akaun Bahagian B' section.
EA Form: Update officer details in the 'Under Part F' section.
