How to Utilize Available Claim Limits

When a specific budget is allocated for certain types of claims, a limit is often set accordingly. This limit determines the available balance, which is reduced not only when claims are submitted, approved, or reimbursed but also when claims are still open.

For example:

A yearly limit of RM 400 has been established for the "Furniture and Fittings" claim type. An employee has submitted a claim for RM 100 and has an additional open claim for RM 100. Consequently, these two claims will utilize RM 200 of the limit, leaving a remaining balance of RM 200 (calculated as RM 400 minus RM 200) available for future claims.
